Dash has over 20 years’ experience leading large technology and operational projects in the healthcare and government services industries. Prior to founding Codice, he served as the Director of Medicaid Recovery at the District of Columbia (D.C) Public Schools and held successive financial and operational roles in the D.C. government. Dash has an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Economics from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

Ashanthi has over 20 years of administrative management experience in the education, healthcare, and human services industries for non-profit and for-profit organizations. her expertise includes oversight of programs in special education, services for children and adults with disabilities, long-term care transitions services, residential facilities, employment services, and more. In addition to overseeing recruiting and personnel management, Ashanthi is responsible for organizational development and strategic planning.

Over 25 years of progressive experience as an Information Technology Entrepreneur focusing on state, local, and federal government contracting; Innovative thinker with broad-based expertise in operations, finance, sales/marketing, and business development; Thorough understanding of the Capture Management process with several large proposals win for the FDIC, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Veterans Administration, the Administration for Children and Families, and Lockheed Martin; and proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop strategies to grow the bottom line.
Emmash Sudusinghe leads Codice’s financial management department ensuring internal and project-based controls, Budget Management, Reimbursement Systems, and Compliance. Emmash has a Master’s Degree in Finance from American University. Emmash is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Emmash is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Management Accountant.
Alex brings 20 years of experience managing healthcare operations and large-scale health IT development projects to the Codice family. With a background in project management and information technology, Alex has experience implementing Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), pharmacy point of sale (POS) systems, non-emergency transportation programs. In addition, he brings hands-on experience managing operations for Medicaid programs and Managed Care Organizations. Alex has served as a senior consultant for state Medicaid programs providing strategic planning, business process reengineering, and organizational change management services. With his long history supporting public health organizations.
Jayanth leads the IT Division for Codice, setting objectives and strategies for the future. He is outstanding in adapting suitable technologies to streamline all internal and external operations to help optimize Codice’s strategic benefits. He specializes in solution architecture, application development, database design. Prior to joining Codice, Jayanth was the Application lead for Unemployment Insurance (UI Systems) D.C.led the development team before becoming the Sr. Technical Project Manager at D.C Department Of Employment Services (DOES) IT Division. He received an M.S and B.S in Computer Science and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
